Reservations with a monthly discount are also subject to electric charges based on metered usage. A deposit will be due at check-in to cover any final electric or space charges with the unused balance refunded at the end of your stay.
The monthly discount is only applied to stays of a full-month. Shorter portions are subject to weekly discounts and/or daily rates. No proration or refunds for early departures.
